Fetcho Family Chiropractic will file your insurance for you.  We would prefer that co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of service.  Most insurance companies cover chiropractic exams, x-rays, and adjustments but coverage varies so you need to check your policy handbook.  We are providers of many insurance companies including: Medicare, Medicaid (Title XIX), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, John Deere, Healthsmart, Healthlink, Auxiant, and many more.  Call us to inquire about insurance, if needed, (641) 664-2423.

If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident or injured at your workplace, you may have coverage at any chiropractor's office regardless of your insurance plan.  Be sure to provide our front desk with this information before your visit so we can verify you are covered & where to send your information.
